Recipe
Ingredients:
9 oz cabbage & carrot mix (I used pre-shredded green and red cabbage with carrots mix)
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar(ACV)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
Salt & pepper to taste
Method:
1.) Pour cabbage mixture in a big salad bowl.
2.) In a small bowl whisk together the apple cider vinegar, mustard, olive oil, and salt/pepper to taste.
3.) Drizzle dressing over cabbage mix and toss till all cabbage is lightly coated. Enjoy!
